The very first Fear Of Fiction Festival will be a collaboration between Fear of Fiction and new music powerhouses like Line Of Best Fit, Artrocker, BBC Introducing and Generator, as well as boutique labels like Invada, Alcopop!, Big Scary Monsters, Fence and Artscare.
Also involved are local contemporaries like online new music aficionados GoldFlakePaint, as well as the future Southwest fest from the 2000 Trees team – ArcTanGent.
The cherry atop the autumnal cake will be live visuals from Bristol (and now transatlantic) innovators BEAM, complimenting the twisted music-cinema mash-up from Invada.
The event will also show off a host of Bristol favourites such as OLO Worms, Idles, The Naturals and Scarlet Rascal to so many nationally recognised trend setting magazines, blogs and labels.
All this and more, set to grace a diverse collection of independent venues down the mere 300 metre strip of Stoke Croft, Bristol – Saturday 10th November.
