SaidMike release festive download single ‘It’ll Be Fine At Christmas Time’ through Xtra Mile Recordings on 22nd December

After a year that saw the release of their debut EP ‘Stop The Clocks’ and tours all over the UK with the likes of Kids In Glass Houses and The Blackout, SaidMike end 2008 on a (Ding Dong Merrily on) high with a download single packed with festive fun! ‘It’ll be Fine at Christmas Time’ will be released through Xtra Mile Recordings on 22nd December and will be available through iTunes and all other major DSPs.
In full festive fun, the single boasts the Pontypridd quartet’s first use of a vocal choir and those all important Christmas chimes. But unlike most songs released at this time of year, ‘It’ll Be Fine at Christmas Time’ stands tall as a great song in it’s own right and is a fitting way for the band to round off a great year.
Said Mike are currently working on new material for their forthcoming debut album ready for release in 2009. In the mean time you can catch the band on tour with Funeral for a Friend, Cancer Bats and The Blackout. Dates are as follows:

Catch them live this xmas…
16th Dec – Barfly, Cardiff – with Kick Box Riot & Tiger Please
17th Dec – Le Pub, Newport
