EXPERIMENTAL DENTAL SCHOOL
Two-piece creating a cranky and rousing noise that sounds like it’s being made by more than two people. Experimental Dental School come from Portland, something of an indie-rock haven, and make a complex yet accessible, sing-songy yet gnarly hoedown for fans of DEERHOOF (who they’ve toured with), MELT-BANANA (who they’re shortly to be on a split EP with), LES SAVY FAV, DEVO, EX MODELS and the like. Releases on COCHON, DELETED ART, THE COMPANY WITH THE GOLDEN ARM.

KING ALEXANDER
Shortly to be frisbeeing a new EP of spiky messy mathy punk material into the skies, Cardiff trio King Alexander (featuring former members of MO-HO-BISH-O-PI, THE IK+, SHOOTING AT UNARMED MEN and, on vocals, local folk soloist LE B) will play most if not all of said EP at this, which will probably only be their second gig of 09 (after playing for us in Le Pub!!).
