Jacob’s Market, for those who don’t know, is a dusty, many-layered antique hole stuffed with chintz, furniture, taxidermied animals and old pipes that were smuggled out of the war in someone’s backside. Quite a few years ago the band Vito took over the top floor for two nights of music, art and great views; this Friday sees terrific localists Saturday’s Kids making a bloody racket in the basement. After a split\u00a0effort with Evariste Galois, this party marks a 7″ Kids release on Art For Blind records, and further proof of the band’s ace, scrappy, punkoid yowl (try here<\/a>\u00a0or here<\/a>\u00a0for written proof from us). A full supporting bill of heaviness awaits you too.<\/p>\n
