But&#8230; I&#8217;m not a big fan of the Victorian English Gentleman&#8217;s Club. Admittedly this is based on one live performance four years ago and the odd accidental listen of &#8216;Ban The Gin&#8217; now and again but hey. I&#8217;m willing to be converted. The main reason this flashy preview is that the latest addition to the bill is The Stacking Chairs. And they would be a collaboration between\u00a0Louise from VEG Club and Cardiff-based oddball <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caseyraymond.com\" target=\"_blank\">Casey Raymond<\/a>. You may know Raymond from his co-direction of videos for Cate Le Bon, Future Of The Left and so bloody on. Then there&#8217;s the gig posters, the Club Foot Foot film night, record sleeves and nice glasses. He also makes &#8216;music&#8217; and &#8216;artwork&#8217;. Basically, he is a total fucking diamond and creative news from his direction is like shining the bat signal into my retinas.
