From the predatory to the preconscious. Bird records is an independent WI fuelled by artistic freedom and the simple sound of sonic sisterhood.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure their<em> <\/em>artists are a little less pretentious!!<\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/emmatricca\"><strong>Emma Tricca<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Italian-born, London-based singer-songwriter Emma Tricca has had her life shaped by two key encounters with folk legends. John Renbourn and Odetta, the mysterious and legendary singer who&#8217;d turned Bob Dylan onto acoustic music in the late \u201850s.&#8221; (more of her story on myspace)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/monnomestleb\"><strong>Le B<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am Le B. I like animal parts and toy instruments and dancing and drinking and rock and roll and making adventures.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/georgiaruthwilliams\"><strong>Georgia Ruth Williams<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unusually playing the harp, Georgia Ruth&#8217;s unique hybrid of folk and blues found a new audience on Glastonbury&#8217;s BBC Introducing Stage in 2008. She returned to Glastonbury this year on the Chess Club \/ Greenpeace stage. Georgia sings in Welsh and English.
