SIC ALPS<\/strong> are a noisy garage rock trio from San Francisco.<\/p>\n

In the past they’ve played as the live band of Cat Power and Howlin Hex, Neil Michael Haggerty’s (Royal Trux) solo project.<\/p>\n

The band have just seen their singles compilation ‘Long Way Around to a Shortcut’ re-released by Drag City Records (Will Oldham, Six Organs of Admittance, RTX) and a new full length is in the works, after their last acclaimed LP last year on Siltbreeze, ‘U.S. EZ’.<\/p>\n
